Welcome to the Dynasty Family When you meet me, Elaine Ku, owner of the Dynasty Family, you will always be greeted and welcomed with the utmost respect and professionalism as I believe that anything positive should start at the top and be utilized at all levels of the company. My biggest concern will always be your ongoing success from the start and keep improving from there forward. As owner I will identify your positive attributes, along with polishing your good salesman skills, in an effort to work with you on a business plan that is achievable and measurable with accountability to help you along your path. My personal motto is "Your success is my ultimate goal!" That is something that you can count on! You will learn it is my passion to share the various "gems" of leadership knowledge I have discovered through my years in real estate and through those who have been there to help me. Thanks to the prominent coaches with whom I have been honored to study with in my career, including world-famous real estate success coach Mike Ferry, former Century 21 president Tom Kunz and business and life success coach John Maxwell. I have grown and will continue to develop in my leadership roles and I will remain very passionate and driven. Another mentor who helped me along the way was my own mother. Early in life she instilled in me the value of hard work which I am very grateful. She also taught me life has no boundaries on what you can accomplish and the lone way to achieve your success is through focus and enthusiasm and having the mantra that you will never give up. It is because of this I feel a special bond with those who work for the Dynasty Real Estate Family. Whether it is sending out an early morning affirmation to all my agents or it is just meeting with one agent to remind that person he or she can do it. I love the people with whom I work with and as I said earlier, my goal is to see everyone succeed. But what is most important is the love and care we all share for each other and I believe when there is a continued effort to succeed between us there will always be something to celebrate!
